Life without Javascript, a challenge to help developing mobile first

In thinking about designing for mobile first, I’m seeing one of the bests ways to start development, is to disable Javascript. As a majority of legacy phones do not support JS or do not have it enabled by default anyway, I figured turning it off when I begin working on a site would help aid me in progressive enhancement.

Instead of just turning it off while I begin development, I figured I would see if I could go a week with JS turned off. I was going to see if I could go a month but I honestly don’t think I could survive. With this challenge, I hope to better understand how content/markup is written prior to being progressively enhanced with javascript and improve the way I write own markup.
